i am a saucy wench!

i made 10 jars of spicey plum sauce (little yellow plums, vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and allspice), and 14 size 27 fowler's jars of pickled red plums (pickling liquid is very yummy, all apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, and bayleaves).

after canterbury fair i will make jam out of the plums we froze the other day, but for now i have to clean the kitchen, which is mysteriously covered in sticky sweet splatters, and pack my bags because i'm going back to hobart until the 28th :(
