well, hooray!  our 12th night coronation event was fantastic, people kept coming up and complimenting my on how lovely the food was, and how relaxed and happy i was, and how much they were enjoying the event in general.  and then the ex-king and i sat ourselves down and drank a whole bottle of bombay saphire in a few gigantic G'n'Ts.  and it was good.

and now i am very, very tired.
