(no subject)

I had a bad mummy moment last night.
[personal profile] not_an_elf and I were sitting in the living room last night, when he heard Small Girl chatting happily away to herself.
"She's still wide awake in there."
It took a moment for me to realise that I hadn't actually put her to bed, and that she was still in the bath where I'd left her half an hour earlier.

She was very clean.

AHAHAHAHA! Eh, no drowning or hypothermia, no foul ;-) And she's big enough to get herself out if it's an emergency.

She was perfectly happy, and actually quite reluctant to get out :)

lol! and wrinkled, too, I bet. So long as she was enjoying it, I'm certain that she will add it to the list of reasons you are a good mummy...

Yes, very pruney, but otherwise completely unscathed :)

I use to love it when my parents forgot I was in the bath! I'd stay in there for ages and get all pruney and play with my bath toys and if the water went cold I added more hot with bubble bath!!! lol, I bet she had a stellar time of it all! :P

She had a lovely time, and didn't want to get out :)
